How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-2 days for our order to be processed for Postage. We make every effort to fulfil your orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans working with human hands and human brains. Every order is packed with care. 

Since each product is crafted and shipped directly by our creators, your purchases will arrive from different locations and in separate shipments. You might notice multiple postage costs when ordering, especially if their items do not include P&P.

Where we can, we have made every effort to include in product descriptions if P&P is included with that particular item. 

What about shipping?

We currently ship within the UK only using Royal Mail. If you are outside the UK, don't hesitate to contact our Creators directly, who can help with international purchase and shipping questions.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our site. 

Because personalised or custom orders are made-to-order, they take additional time to create and deliver. Please be mindful of this. If you need an item for a specific date, please include this in the notes at checkout or contact your Customer directly to avoid disappointment and unintended delays in your order.

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase based on the carrier's (Royal Mail) current pricing.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us your order number and a photo of the item as soon as possible. We will address each case individually and try to find a satisfactory solution.
